Refund Policy

This refund policy explains the 14-day money-back guarantee for first subscription payments, when refunds are no longer available after distribution has started, how renewal refunds work, and your statutory consumer rights.

14-day money-back guarantee

  • Full refund within 14 days of first payment if no release has been submitted for distribution.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After distribution starts

  • Once a release is submitted for delivery, the cycle payment is non-refundable.
  • This protects the review, processing and delivery work already performed.

Cancellations and renewals

  • Cancel anytime from Account Settings or by contacting support.
  • Renewal refunds are available within 7 days if the new cycle's upload allowance has not been used.
